Nose: A whiff of mixed fruit basket, vanilla, subtle citrus hints, gentle spice, chocolate and honey tones expressing a robust nose profile.

Palate: Sweetish fruity forward taste with, soft spice followed immediately with sweet vanilla, a hint of chocolate with wood lactones and citrus appearing from the back of the palate.

Finish: Fuller bodies, complex with mixed fruit finish that is fairly long, chewable and a salivating dram.

Batch 03 - abgefüllt 10/2023

Nase: Überraschende Noten nach Pistazien. Erscheint frisch und etwas jung. Mit mehr Zeit im Glas auch feine, süße und etwas blumige Akzente nach Karamell. Herb-fruchtige Orangenschale mit Gewürzen und Eiche

Mund: Besonders pur ist er etwas jugendlich pikant mit kräftiger Eichenwürze. Zartbitter mit begleitender und milder Fruchtsüße. Etwas Orangeat und Kräuter

Nachklang: Leicht adstringierende, herbe Eichenwürze mit feinen Noten nach Kräuterbitter und fruchtiger Süße

Kommentar: Verträgt gut Wasser, was ihn deutlich runder und weniger spritzig macht. Die tropische Reifung bringt hier in kurzer Zeit einiges an Aromen mit, aber für das was man bekommt ist der Preis trotzdem etwas zu hoch.
